a bit about me ...
Welcome to my little slice of the wideness of the world. When I can't be found here, I reside on the beautiful north coast of California, and I don’t mean San Francisco! Keep driving, keep driving, yes, you’ll get here soon, right around the next corner, I know I said that hours ago, just watch the road…and look out for that redwood tree! That’s right, you can find me up here in the redwood forest on the sunny coast of California. Did I say, sunny? Uh, no. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Which leads me to this thing I do with fire and glass. It’s not about the immediacy of it, it’s not about all the bright and beautiful sticks of glass to choose from or the happiness of rubino oro next to copper green, heck it’s not even that Christmas morning feeling I get every time I open the kiln. It’s the fire, the flame, the warmth of it that keeps me coming back for more. The beads?
Well, the beads are a bonus, for sure! Who doesn’t love the feel of beads rolling around in their pocket, or strung into a necklace, or hanging from the trees, or left in the tip jar?
Gotta have beads!
